She provided a "milestone calendar" immediately upon acceptance of the offer so that we could immediately plan our disposition activities and stay within contract on all of our obligations.* Finesse: 12 out of 10 - Stacy was able to rein-in some potentially explosive issues throughout our sale, defusing them and ensuring that things stayed on track. She kept the buyer-side parties very well-informed as to our seller-side actions so that they knew things were progressing and that the transaction timeline was on pace at all times. Timing was ultra-critical in this particular transaction and we had to "thread the needle" with all the activities being coordinated to pull off the transaction within the closing timeframe, so she really helped hold things on steady course by being the liaison between us and the buyers, and keeping everyone in check at all times.To summarize: you would have to be nuts NOT to use Stacy for your next purchase or sale!
